Saying Goodbye to Namibia

Rocks have no political boundaries, why should people? I am honoured to have spent 2 weeks in the field with young and talented geologists from the Geological Survey of Namibia. Their enthusiasm and passion for developing their country’s mineral expertise is much like my own. I have no doubt that I could have taken the same photo in Canada and I hope to welcome them here someday to thank them for their hospitality, and for sharing their knowledge
